I may be mistaken, but I think the new Shane & Shane album (their site has a slick intro, but it crawled on my DSL) does not feature a single triple-strum on the guitar. This was Shane Barnard's bread and butter since circa 1998(?), but the new album has a more calm feel...sans triple-strum...here's an example....from the YouTube...

There is some sweet unintentional comedy in this video, but wait for him to start -he can triple-strum pretty well....just watch the first minute...
