Logitech = Service


The number "6" on my keyboard quit this week, so I called Logitech to see what could be done. The keyboard is 10 months old, and is covered by their 5-year "Limited Warranty". Here's what happened:

1) Told the service guy my problem
2) He verified by asking if both "6" keys were broken or just the one
3) He asked for the Serial Number and my address
4) He ships me a new keyboard.

Took less than 5 minutes. I am now a Logitech customer for life...
